A context, a need for training
In our constantly changing and adapting organisations, the development of tailormade support, geared at both individual and collective needs, helps prepare for the future and allows us to dare to make decisive changes.
Knowing how to steer and manage in uncertain times, support transformation while giving meaning, and combine innovation with strategic vision and the wealth of human capital, are essential requirements that lead to master coaching techniques.

These training enable executives to acquire the posture, the fundamental knowledge, as well as the methods and techniques necessary to articulate contemporary managerial innovations to the practice of coaching - as such or integrated into one's practice as a manager - in the direction of developing teams, managers, leaders, and organisations.
Who is it for?
The Coaching & Management courses are part of Dauphine – PSL’s Executive Education offer, and aimed at Francophone/French speaker professionals:
- Coaches, consultants and support professionals wishing to acquire or deepen their coaching techniques and managerial innovation within private or public organisations.
- Executives, managers, and HR professionals wishing to incorporate managerial innovations and a coaching posture into their management practice.
- Seasoned professionals looking, after a significant period of practice in an activity not related to coaching, to reconvert to a coaching or consulting activity and, consequently, to acquire a solid theoretical-practical frame of reference for this purpose.
The courses are delivered in French. Although some specific workshops held in London might be offered in English.
