Two innovative inter or intra-company programmes
The Leader-Coach programmes are a collaboration between Université Paris Dauphine – PSL, London campus, and Cabinet Chrysippe-R&D, a research and development organisation specialising in applied psychology for management, coaching, and managerial artificial intelligence.
The programmes offer participants the opportunity to acquire solid management techniques and inspiring leadership skills to develop the engagement and performance of their employees in both national and international contexts. Additionally, the rapid and sustainable implementation of the studied techniques in the daily managerial activities is reinforced by innovative managerial AI technologies.
Two Leader-Coach programmes are available:
- The Open Programme, an inter-company training program designed for managers working in multicultural and international contexts.
- The Customised Programme, in-company training tailored for national or international companies to address their specific needs for their managers and directors.
