The Leader Coach Programme is a collaboration between Université Paris Dauphine – PSL, London campus, and Cabinet Chrysippe-R&D, experts in applied psychology and artificial intelligence. Fundamentally anchored in a constructivist approach, the organisation offers innovative, practical, accessible, and scientifically validated services, support, and tools.
We offer two Leader-Coach programmes:
- The Open Programme, designed for managers from various international and national contexts
- The Customised Programme, tailored for companies to address specific challenges and needs.

Self and 360 evaluations of the implementation of behavioural KPIs in management.
Progress tracking throughtout the course: (i) at the start of training, (ii) mid-training, (iii) end of training, (iv) +3 months.
Tests (start/end) to evaluate various dimensions of professional efficiency : effectiveness, quality of relationships and professional well-being.
The programme will conclude with presentations of best practices and success stories in different internationals contexts.
