Academic quality and academic freedom are core values of Paris Dauphine International (London campus). The Board of Directors delegates the responsibility to ensure the highest standards of academic provision across the London campus programmes to the Academic Board.
Mr. Yannick Naud, MsC
Heavily involved in European affairs, Yannick has over 25 years’ experience in the financial industry working in France, Japan, Switzerland and the UK. He is also a leading media commentator with regular appearances on BBC, Bloomberg TV, CNBC and in publications such as Wall Street Journal and Financial Times. Yannick holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Dauphine – PSL and a post graduate degree from Ecole Nationale d’Administation.
Pr. Sébastien Damart
Sébastien Damart is Professor in management at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. He works on management innovation and the history of management ideas and practices.
He has been vice president in charge of studies and student university life of Université Paris Dauphine - PSL since the end of 2020.
He has also co-founded the Observatory of Management Innovation and has been in charge of several programs including the master in management design since 2019.
Shamsa Rana
Shamsa is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years’ experience in driving growth, transformation, and innovation across diverse industries through technology and strategic expertise.
Throughout her career, she has led enterprise-level technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable business success. Currently, as a Director at Liminal Hub Ltd, Shamsa focuses on developing and executing strategies in cloud-based solutions, artificial intelligence, robotics, and augmented and virtual reality. Her areas of expertise include scaling growth, digital transformation, and delivering cutting-edge, technology-led solutions.

The President of the Université Paris Dauphine - PSL usually attends our Board meetings, along with other Parisian faculty members. The General Manager of the London campus and the Chair of the Academic Board of the London campus attend the Board of Directors meetings. Moreover, the President of the Dauphine London Student Union (DLSU) is invited to the first part of all the Board meetings.
